The third party inspections:

According to customers' different requirements, we produce titanium tubes to different standards, such as ASTM B861 ASTM B862 ASTM B337 ASTM B338 tec. We welcome customers to do any third party testing before delivery (SGS,TUV,BV etc).

Titanium tube pacakging

Technical requirements of titanium tubes production:

1. The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy pipe shall meet the standard (ASTM B338, ASTM b861, ASTM b862)

2. The allowable deviation of pipe outer diameter shall meet the standard.

3. The allowable deviation of pipe wall thickness shall not exceed ± 12.5% of its nominal wall thickness, and the allowable deviation of pipe wall thickness is not applicable to the weld of titanium welded pipe.

4. The length of pipe material shall meet the requirements in Table 2.

5. The fixed length or multiple length of the pipe should be within the range of its indefinite length. The allowable deviation of the length of the fixed length is + 10 mm. The length of multiple length should also be included in the cutting amount of the pipe, and the amount of each cut should be 5mm.
