Product Information

The tube sheet is in contact with both fluids, so it must be corrosion-resistant and have metallurgical and electrochemical properties suitable for fluid and velocity. Titanium is a good material to meet this requirement. It has good corrosion resistance to salt water and chromic acid.

The hole pattern or "pitch" changes the distance from one tube to another, as well as the relative angle and flow rate of the tube to the other. This allows the control of fluid velocity and pressure drop, and provides maximum turbulent flow volume and tube surface contact for effective heat transfer.

Grade: GR1, GR2, GR5, GR7, GR12 etc.

OD: 150-2500mm

Thickness: 30-250mm

Technology: Forging, Annealing, Machining.
