Uncoiling of Titanium Strip: The process begins with uncoiling large rolls of titanium strip material. This step involves carefully unwinding the coiled strips to prepare them for subsequent processing.
Shearing and Butt Welding: The uncoiled strips are then sheared to specific lengths and subjected to butt welding. This welding technique joins the ends of the strips to form continuous lengths, ensuring a seamless product.
Loop Storage: The welded strips are stored in loops to facilitate handling and processing. This stage helps in organizing the material and maintaining its quality before further processing.
Titanium Strip Cleaning: Before further fabrication, the titanium strips undergo a thorough cleaning process to remove any contaminants, oils, or residues that could affect the quality of the final product.
Tube Forming: The cleaned strips are then shaped into tubes. This step involves rolling and forming the strips into cylindrical shapes, preparing them for welding.
