For double tubesheets, more attention should be paid to the location of the holes during the inspection process, and the degree of coordination of the holes is very important. Usually, it can be guaranteed with a CNC drilling machine. Compared with thick plates, the verticality of holes above 300mm is very important. These large-diameter thick plates require more sophisticated tools and equipment.
