Working principle:
The plate heat exchanger is composed of a set of corrugated metal plates with four corner holes for the two liquids to pass through. The metal plates are installed in a frame with a fixed plate and a movable compression plate on the side, and are clamped by clamping bolts. The plate is equipped with a sealing gasket to seal the fluid channel and guide the fluid to alternately flow into the respective channels to form heat exchange. The fluid flow rate, physical properties, pressure drop and temperature difference determine the number and size of the plates. The corrugation of the plate not only increases the degree of turbulence and forms many supporting points, which are sufficient to withstand the pressure difference between the media. The metal plate and the movable compression plate are suspended on the upper guide rod and positioned by the lower guide rod, while the rod end is fixed on the support On the column, but if one of the liquids or two liquids passes through the heat exchanger more than once, the interface should be opened on the fixed plate and the movable pressing plate. In most cases, single-pass is used, and all pipes are connected to the fixed pressing plate. On top, check that the shoes are removed to open the heat exchanger, and there is no need to remove the pipeline.
