Characteristics of titanium rackes:

1. Titanium hanger has good conductivity and is made of acid resistant titanium material. The hook made of the best copper plate is used for the contact part with the conductive rod.

2. Can make the current pass freely. The titanium hanger will not be burned due to overheating due to too small section and too large cathode.

3. The contact area between titanium hanger and parts is small, but the current can be ensured. The contact point will not produce local overheating, burn parts or hangers.

4. For thin plates or formed parts with a thickness of less than 0.6mm, parts with high dimensional accuracy and finish, hard anodized parts and parts that cannot be hung with general hanging tools, in order to ensure product quality and improve production efficiency, special hanging tools shall be designed and manufactured according to the shape of parts and anodized parts to ensure the anodizing quality of parts.
