Several Principles of Titanium Jigs Design

1. Titanium jigs should have sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity, bear the weight of all parts, be strong and durable. And the titanium jigs material should be stable and insoluble in the plating solution used.

7. Titanium jigs should be as light, simple, and universal as possible, easy to operate for loading and unloading parts, and high production efficiency.

8. The structural form of titanium jigs should be determined according to the shape, size and complexity of the parts. Generally, titanium jigs components should be generalized and standardized for easy repair, replacement and utilization.
