Titanium Grade 12 Pipe

Grade 12 titanium alloy is a corrosion-resistant titanium alloy, which is a near-alpha alloy developed to improve the crevice corrosion performance of pure titanium. The alloy contains 0.3% Mo and 0.8% Ni, which not only strengthens the alloy, but also resists high temperature and low pH chlorine. Compounds or weak reducing acids have good crevice corrosion resistance, and their corrosion resistance is significantly better than pure titanium. Titanium grade 12 pipe has good process plasticity and welding performance, and has been widely used in the chemical industry. Titanium grade 12 pipe has good performance advantages such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, creep resistance, etc. It is suitable for long-term work in the environment of 350~500 °C, and has a good match with the strength and stiffness of composite materials. High specific strength and high temperature performance, have good application prospects. This alloy improves the corrosion resistance in reducing medium, and maintains the corrosion resistance of industrial pure titanium in oxidizing medium such as nitric acid and chromic acid.
